Central Africa Safari Tour!

The next big TRVLD adventure in May 2025 is going to be a once-in-a-lifetime journey through Central Africa. We will be checking off 3 different countries on our TRVLD suitcase! Here's a sneak peek of what's in store:

Rwanda: Gorilla Trekking in Volcanoes National Park

We’ll kick off the trip with 3 nights in Rwanda, a country renowned for its mountain gorillas. In Volcanoes National Park, we’ll embark on a trek through the misty mountains to meet wild silverback gorillas. This is the only place in the world where you can observe mountain gorillas in their natural habitat—an experience that's both humbling and exhilarating. With only a few hundred of these majestic creatures left, it's a privilege to spend time with them. Be prepared for challenging but rewarding hikes through the dense jungle!

Tanzania: Serengeti Safari

Next, we’ll head to Tanzania for a 5-day safari through the world-famous Serengeti National Park, home to the "Big Five" and the stage for the awe-inspiring Great Migration. Our guided game drives will take us through sweeping plains dotted with acacia trees, where lions, elephants, and herds of wildebeest roam freely. Each day will bring a new adventure, whether it’s spotting predators in action or witnessing the mesmerizing African sunsets. We’ll stay in luxury camps right in the heart of the Serengeti, giving us a front-row seat to the wilderness.

Zanzibar: Island Paradise

After the adventure of the Serengeti, we’ll fly to the tropical island of Zanzibar for some much-needed relaxation. We’ll explore Stone Town, a UNESCO World Heritage site rich in history and culture, then ride horses in the ocean, a unique experience that’s perfect for unwinding after days of safari. If you’re into marine life, Zanzibar’s coral reefs offer some of the best scuba diving spots in the world. And of course, the trip will wrap up with time spent lounging on Zanzibar’s pristine white-sand beaches, surrounded by turquoise waters—an ideal way to end this incredible journey.
