Refund policy

REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

We offer returns for store credit or a refund, and exchanges on unused items for the first 30 days. 

If you are unsatisfied with your order – please contact our support at Info@trvldsuitcase.com with your order number and reason for return. We will do our best to help you out!


If your return is accepted, you will be instructed on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. If the item is shipped back and deemed ineligible for return we will not double ship the package back so please be sure your items meets the return criteria before sending,

We do not issue the refund if your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address).

If your return item arrives without the box, or is deemed unfit by our inspection team for any reason we reserve the right to deny your refund.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please, allow up to 5 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, or unused, with tags, with packaging inserts, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We are only able to accept returns on unused items, so please gently test your products at home before traveling with them. Here’s how:

  • Take your suitcase for a spin indoors.
  • Try out your suitcase’s different features and try packing in some outfits as if you were going on a trip.
  • Keep your suitcase’s lock set to 0-0-0 until you’re sure you want to keep it. 
  • Keep your original packaging—you’ll need it if you want to return your order.
  • If everything is to your liking, it’s time to make things official and get TRVLD!

    Warranty Policy

    Our suitcases are guaranteed by a warranty that covers any damage to the wheels, handles, and many other functional elements of our luggage. This warranty excludes normal wear and tear.

    Our suitcases have a lifetime warranty! 

     What is Covered:

    • Defects in materials or workmanship that result in the inability to use TRVLD Luggage as intended.
    • Malfunctions of the luggage, wheels or other essential components.
    • Structural defects that compromise the integrity or functionality of the luggage.

     What is Not Covered:

    • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accident.
    • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage.
    • Damage resulting from improper maintenance, cleaning, or storage.
    • Damage caused by using the product for purposes other than those intended or recommended by TRVLD
    • Normal wear and tear (i.e scratches or dents)

    Warranty Claim Process:

    • To make a warranty claim, please contact TRVLD Customer Service at Info@trvldsuitcase.com
    • You will be required to provide proof of purchase. 
    • TRVLD reserves the right to assess the claim and determine whether the issue is covered under the warranty.
    • If the claim is approved, TRVLD will send you a new luggage for no extra cost
