TRVLD – Traveler Agreement, Liability Waiver & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing TRVLD. We’re excited to help you experience an unforgettable adventure. This agreement keeps everything clear, simple, and transparent so you know exactly what to expect before we finalize your trip.
1. What TRVLD Does
TRVLD plans and coordinates your travel experience. We design your itinerary, communicate with trusted local partners, and organize lodging, activities, and transportation based on your preferences.
We do not operate flights, tours, lodging, vehicles, or activities directly—those are provided by independent third-party companies.
2. Assumption of Risk
Many TRVLD experiences include outdoor or adventure activities such as dog sledding, snowmobiling, hot springs, wildlife encounters, hiking, hot-air ballooning, or ocean-based excursions.
By signing this form, you understand and accept that all travel and outdoor activities carry natural risks and unpredictable conditions, including weather, wildlife behavior, and terrain.
You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by local operators.
3. Release of Liability
You agree that TRVLD is not responsible for:

We strongly recommend you purchase third-party travel insurance that covers:
If you choose not to purchase insurance, you accept full responsibility for any losses.
5. Deposits & Payments
Your planning deposit is non-refundable and covers itinerary design, time spent, and administrative work.
Final payment must be completed before TRVLD secures your bookings with partners.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Because your trip involves independent third-party providers (lodges, guides, activity operators), all refund decisions follow their policies, not TRVLD’s.
If you cancel before anything has been booked, TRVLD will refund any unused funds minus the non-refundable planning deposit.
If you cancel after bookings are made:
Weather, flight issues, or missed activity times are not refundable by TRVLD.
7. Changes to Your Trip
You may request changes to dates, lodging, or activities.
Changes will be made when availability allows, and any difference in provider fees or rates will be your responsibility.
If a provider becomes unavailable, TRVLD will offer an equal or better alternative when possible.
