Book a one-on-one planning call with the TRVLD team to create a fully customized trip, anywhere in the world. Whether you already have a destination in mind or just a general vibe — adventure, relaxation, culture, nightlife, nature, or a mix of everything — we’ll help design a trip that fits your style, timeline, and budget.

During the call, we’ll walk through your travel goals, preferred activities, dates, group size, and must-have experiences. From there, we’ll curate a personalized itinerary, recommend accommodations and experiences, and handle the logistics so you can focus on the fun part: actually going.

This call is perfect if you want a trip tailored specifically to you, your group, or a special occasion — without the stress of planning it all yourself.

    2) Pay Deposit

    Upon receiving your deposit, the TRVLD team will work hand-in-hand with you through continuous communication to plan, refine, and execute your custom trip from start to finish.

    3) Confirm, Pay, & Book


    Once the itinerary and full trip plan are finalized and approved, a final invoice will be sent. Upon payment, all bookings will be confirmed and secured.

    Q: What does the deposit cover?

    It covers the trip-planning call, date confirmation, and itinerary creation—plus securing your spot with our partner operators.

    Q: Is this the full trip price?

    No. This is only the reservation fee. The final invoice will be issued after your planning call.

    Q: Is the fee refundable?

    No, since it covers time, planning, and date reservations.

    Q: What if I’m not sure about my dates?

    Your TRVLD planner will help determine the best dates during your call and be flexible with you.

    Q: How long do I have to pay the invoice?

    You’ll typically have 48–72 hours to secure your spot after receiving the invoice.

    Q: Can I customize the itinerary?

    Yes! Your deposit & reservation includes a personalized planning call where we confirm dates, preferences, and optional add-ons before finalizing your itinerary.







    Refunds & Changes

    Refunds

    • Refunds are not provided for missed flights, missed activity times, or personal no-shows.
    • If you cancel well in advance of your trip (to be specified in the booking terms), we will refund your payment minus a small planning fee to cover the time and resources we spent arranging your itinerary. This ensures we can continue offering high-quality, personalized trips.

    Changes

    • We understand that plans can shift. You may request changes to your itinerary, including dates, group size, or optional add-ons.
    • Changes are subject to availability with our local partners. We’ll do everything we can to accommodate your requests, and if something isn’t available, we’ll provide alternatives (Plan B or Plan C options).
    • Any adjustments to confirmed bookings may require additional fees depending on activity or lodging costs.

    Travel Insurance Recommended

    • Because weather, flight delays, or unforeseen events can affect your trip, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.

    • How to Use It: If an insurable event occurs, you file a claim directly with your insurance provider. TRVLD will assist by providing documentation of your booked itinerary, but reimbursement comes from the insurance company, not us.
