    This call ensures your trip is tailored to your group and gives you the confidence that every detail has been thoughtfully planned. After the call, we’ll provide your custom itinerary and prepare your final trip invoice.

    After your planning call, we’ll review your itinerary to make sure all dates, activities, and accommodations are available and that your trip is fully thought-out. Once everything is confirmed, we’ll send you your final invoice.

    Once payment is received, we’ll officially book all activities, lodging, and experiences on your behalf and send you your final TRVLD itinerary with all the details you need for an unforgettable adventure.

    Experience Inclusions — 5-Day Tanzania Safari

    Day 1 — Tarangire National Park

    Begin your adventure with a scenic drive from Arusha into Tarangire National Park. Explore the park’s iconic baobab trees, massive elephant herds, and abundant wildlife on guided game drives. Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park.

    Overnight at Suricata Boma Lodge.

    Day 2 — Serengeti National Park

    Travel through the Ngorongoro Highlands into the iconic Serengeti. Spend the day on guided game drives across sweeping savannahs filled with lions, cheetahs, leopards, giraffes, zebras, and more. Picnic lunch included.

    Overnight at Matawi Serengeti Camp.

    Day 3 — Full Day in Serengeti

    Enjoy a full day immersed in the Serengeti. With morning and afternoon game drives, you’ll experience some of the best wildlife viewing in Africa. Picnic lunch provided.

    Day 4 — Serengeti to Ngorongoro Region

    Begin the morning with your final Serengeti game drive before heading toward the Ngorongoro region. Continue spotting wildlife along the way and enjoy a picnic lunch.

    Day 5 — Ngorongoro Crater

    Descend into the stunning Ngorongoro Crater for a full day of wildlife viewing—lions, hyenas, elephants, zebras, buffalo, black rhinos, and breathtaking scenery. Enjoy a picnic lunch on the crater floor before returning to Arusha for your airport drop-off.

    Optional: Visit a local Maasai tribe for a cultural experience.

    Yes! Your deposit for the reservation includes a personalized planning call where we confirm dates, preferences, and optional add-ons before finalizing your itinerary.

    Refunds & Changes

    Refunds

    • Refunds are not provided for missed flights, missed activity times, or personal no-shows.
    • If you cancel well in advance of your trip (to be specified in the booking terms), we will refund your payment minus a small planning fee to cover the time and resources we spent arranging your itinerary. This ensures we can continue offering high-quality, personalized trips.

    Changes

    • We understand that plans can shift. You may request changes to your itinerary, including dates, group size, or optional add-ons.
    • Changes are subject to availability with our local partners. We’ll do everything we can to accommodate your requests, and if something isn’t available, we’ll provide alternatives (Plan B or Plan C options).
    • Any adjustments to confirmed bookings may require additional fees depending on activity or lodging costs.

    Travel Insurance Recommended

    • Because weather, flight delays, or unforeseen events can affect your trip, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.

    • How to Use It: If an insurable event occurs, you file a claim directly with your insurance provider. TRVLD will assist by providing documentation of your booked itinerary, but reimbursement comes from the insurance company, not us.
